We kicked off our Sept with this mantra and a question to all staff: 'No burnout. Ever. What do we need to change?' Openness and honesty is crucial. No elephants! For us it's about creating and maintaining systems that allow leaders to lead, teachers to teach, kids to learn.

Notice that Macbeth is rather missing the point here: the prophecy can "commence in a truth" and still be harmful or treacherous to him. Maybe his ambition is blinding him to a clear reading. Not for the last time.

A really unique opportunity to discuss learning with the lovely students - how should teachers be trained? “Be happy!” https://t.co/1b68xxpWjK

Harris Academies
All Academies in our Federation aim to transform the lives of the students they serve by bringing about rapid improvement in examination results, personal development and aspiration.

Science

Mr Docherty

The Science department will be issuing paper homework to students once every week. It will be set by individual class teachers and it is our hope that it will better match the needs of individual students as a result.

Students will be given a paper copy of the homework and are expected to complete it as directed by teachers; they must bring the homework to class.

Homework is compulsory in Science and we will run support sessions for those students who are unable to complete it.

If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us.
