Our free, in-house parenting course designed specifically to support parents of students in Years 7–9.
The transition through early secondary school can bring new challenges at home, particularly around communication, conflict, and online life. This two-part programme aims to offer practical guidance, reassurance, and strategies to help parents feel confident in supporting their children.

Course overview:
Part 1: Conflict and Communication in the Home
This session will explore effective communication strategies, managing conflict positively, and strengthening relationships at home.
Part 2: Social Media and Mental Health
This session will focus on online safety, social media use, and its impact on young people’s mental health, offering practical advice for parents.
