We value your comments and feedback. If you have experienced an issue or have a concern you'd like to raise regarding the Academy or a member of staff, please contact Mrs Michelle Richardson, PA to the Head of School, on m.richardson@harrisgreenwich.org.uk

If you are a parent of a child with SEND and you have a complaint, please contact: Ms Ellie Ghazi-Noory on E.Ghazi-Noory@harrisgreenwich.org.uk.

We will work hard to resolve issues quickly and informally whenever possible by understanding the problem and finding a prompt solution. Most concerns can be addressed in this way. You might also like to refer to the Parent Guide to School Complaints (downloadable below). This is a checklist to resolving concerns quickly, easily and positively, published by the Department for Education. Our Complaints Procedure is also shown below.
