At Harris Academy Greenwich our aim to ensure every student leaves us confident, well-prepared, and excited about the next stage of their journey. Whether that path leads to university, an apprenticeship, or straight into the workplace, we provide the academic foundations and personal skills students need to thrive.

-
Visits to universities, employers, and careers fairs
-
Lectures and workshops from industry professionals
-
Targeted enrichment programmes to build employability skills
-
Specialist pathways for competitive applications, including Medicine and Oxbridge

UCAS Support
With the majority of our students attending Higher Education, we take students through the entire UCAS process with help including:
- Selecting the most appropriate five choices for university
- How to select a conditional and insurance offer
- How to write a personal statement
- How to apply for student finance
- Dedicated staff to support students on results day, guiding them through the UCAS Clearing process if they have not met their offer
- Support and guidance on results day for students who exceed their original offer and choose to apply to a different course or university.

Apprenticeship Support
Many of our students choose to progress into apprenticeships, and we are committed to supporting them in securing high‑quality opportunities that inspire and support the next stage of their educational journey.
Students applying for apprenticeships receive tailored 1-to1 guidance from our dedicated Careers Advisor at every stage of the application process. This is complemented by bespoke careers events designed to meet individual interests and aspirations.
We also actively support students who wish to pursue highly competitive degree apprenticeships, providing expert guidance to help them identify opportunities and submit strong, well-informed applications.
