Welcome to our Parent Information Hub, where you can find key Academy information and practical resources to help your child thrive at Harris Greenwich.

Our vision is for Harris Greenwich to be where scholars thrive and are empowered to lead lives of choice and contribution. For us, a scholar is not simply someone who achieves highly. A scholar is someone who recognises the value of their time and uses it well: to learn, try, practise, question, create and contribute. We want every young person to leave us with the qualifications, confidence, character, skills and experiences that give them genuine choice over their future – and with the desire and ability to make a positive contribution to the world around them.

Parents and carers are essential partners in making that vision a reality. Excellent attendance and punctuality, positive routines, strong behaviour and regular homework and revision all matter. So too does staying connected with the Academy: reading our communications, monitoring Class Charts, attending progress evenings and working constructively with staff when challenges arise. When home and school reinforce the same high expectations, young people are far more likely to flourish.

Supporting a scholar also means encouraging them to make the most of everything school offers beyond the classroom. We want our students to pursue their interests, try new things, take responsibility, build strong relationships and contribute to their community. By championing those opportunities – and modelling our values of Work Hard, Be Kind and Take Responsibility – parents help us prepare young people not simply to succeed at school, but to lead lives that are truly theirs to choose and in which they are valued for what they contribute.

If your child has forgotten their Sparx password they need to speak to their maths teacher.
If your child has forgotten their Educake password they need to speak to any of their Educake teachers.

Studybugs Studybugs is the app we use to communicate with you. It is also the way of reporting your child’s absence. It is therefore essential that you download the free Studybugs app, or register on the Studybugs website so that you receive all up to date information from school. Class Charts Parent Up-to-the-minute information on your child's positive and negative behaviour points, including any assigned detentions. This app is a powerful tool for you to track how they’re doing, and to celebrate achievements. Ask your pastoral manager or Academic Head of Year for your unique parent access code.
